About

Mattis Bergh holds two master’s degrees from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has more than a decade of experience as a strategy consultant, supporting all types of companies with growth, business models, and execution. He has also co-founded both a digital marketplace and a consulting firm, giving him first-hand entrepreneurial experience.

Through MABE Advisory, he combines strategic insight, commercial expertise, and leadership experience to help companies succeed with growth, innovation, and execution.

Earlier in life, Mattis competed at the highest level as a speed skater on the junior national team. Today, he continues to nurture his competitive drive through road cycling races. This sporting background has shaped his discipline, endurance, and ability to set and achieve ambitious goals — qualities he now brings into his work with clients.
